I could not have asked for better service for a first time ear pierce on my child. It was a wonderful and quite beautiful establishment with wonderful staff! Edgar was amazing with every accommodation needed. He was also very calm and thorough with the explanation of the piercing and the care afterward. I took my daughter here for her 5th birthday to get her ears pierced. I was very impressed with Edgar and his patience with my daughter, she did get upset after the first ear, and he helped me calm her down and comfortably go ahead with the next ear but never once pressured her which I appreciated. Not to mention everything was very clean and he made sure to show us the needles were brand new and sterile which I appreciated as well. I am very glad I went with this shop for her first piercing experience! Definitely will be recommending this shop!

I got my conch done at another local shop a week ago. The piercer there gave me a ring that was way too small to acommodate for the swelling. My poor ear was being squeezed like a boa constrictor had a grip on me. I struggled to eat and sleep for days before I finally decided to see Edgar. He knew exactly how to remedy the situation by fitting me with a bigger ring. The process was mostly painless, very affordable, and fast. I feel very grateful for his expertise and compassion. Today I have a new lease on life thanks to Element!
