I went to this piercing shop in Jackson expecting a professional experience, but it was honestly one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Aaron, the owner, acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. He barely greeted me, rushed through my questions, and seemed annoyed that I even wanted clarification about the process and aftercare. The shop itself didn’t feel clean or welcoming, and instead of making me feel safe and comfortable, the whole atmosphere was tense. The piercing itself felt rushed and sloppy, and when I asked about proper sterilization or tools being changed out, I got brushed off with attitude. Afterward, the instructions I was given were vague, and when I tried to call back for help with swelling, I was met with complete rudeness and zero concern for my situation. For a service that involves something as permanent as a piercing, I expected professionalism, but instead I felt disrespected and dismissed. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I truly regret trusting them with my piercing.
