Went in to get a nose piercing. Wesley was awesome as well as the ladies that checked me in great customer service and everyone was very friendly. Wesley was very informative and detailed on the process and it didn’t hurt at all, he gave great tips and aftercare instructions and was just very friendly as I said before, I will definitely visit again if you are looking for reasonable prices, clean shop and kind friendly environment you should stop by and ask for Wesley!

I didn't get a tattoo due to the price for what I wanted It was too High.

Went to get my tongue repierced. When I got up to check it I told her it was off center. The ball was literally on the right side of my tongue. She said it was the hole previous she went through, that she did it right, I left immediately taking it out and guess what. The top wasn’t even near the original hole. Needless to say I will not be coming back. 21st birthday ruined. I’m so upset. Literally wanted to just ask if I could redo it in a month as a fix but the attitude and downplay of me saying I wasn’t happy made me so upset. $70 wasted.

I went to Pure Thirteen to get a piercing. I was highly skeptical about going to a tattoo shop. I was pleasantly surprised! The shop was very clean and neat and the staff was very professional. Wesley did my piercing and he answered all of my questions and gave me very helpful advice about my piercing. I was pleased with the entire experience. I would recommend their shop and I would definitely return for future services.
