Best tattoo shop in the twin cities. I have been getting a tats done for over 20 years and this has the cleanest rooms, best customer service and they will actually suggest a different tattoo artist if they are better at that type of tats I send everyone there when they ask where to go!

Just had this beautiful Hannya done by Shahn Anderson. this is my second piece from Dragon Land tattoo, and i have to say it is one of the best experience you can have. Weather its your first tattoo ever or you 50th, every artist puts a lot of time and care into every step of the process. i cannot recommend them enough, no matter which artist you pick, you will be in good hands.

I got my first tattoo from Shahn Anderson in 2000. It was a 3/4 sleeve and he was able to incorporate all of the elements that I wanted. Since then, I have become a tattoo artist myself and own my own studio in Austin Texas. I visited Shahn last year and he was unbelievably gracious and amazing. He showed me around the studio, this time from the vantage point of a fellow tattoo artist, and we were able to discuss tattoos, business, life, etc. I cannot say enough nice things about DragonLand tattoo and Shahn Anderson. He also just happens to be one of the most award-winning tattoo artists in the country.

Was In town for a wedding and wanted a small flash that reflected Minnesota. Called and was able to get in with 10 minutes notice. Kat was awesome at putting my idea to life while making it her own. So happy with my new piece. Shahn was fun to talk to as well, great people all around. Would highly recommend to anybody.

If you are thinking about a tattoo, you owe it to yourself to at least check these guys out. Clean, knowledgeable, smart, creative, and helpful. Highly recommend.

This is one of the Best Tattoo shops in Minnesota, maybe even the United States. Shahn has been working monthly on a very intricate and complex arm sleeve tattoo on me since April and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. He has shown the highest levels of professionalism, creativity, and kindness to me. The shop is always super clean and hygienic. I have also had a chance to meet the other artists and team members at the shop and everyone is super professional and kind. All of the customer interactions I have seen also show that other customers feel the same way. What a great amazing place. Ill be a customer for life!

This tattoo shop has quite the legacy, you must stop in to see what I am talking about! It’s also what gives downtown Hopkins its super cool edge. This shop has 6 tattoos artists with their own unique talents & style. I was lucky enough to get Kelli (Clausen) & visit for a little with Shahn Anderson, the legendary tattoo artist & shop owner. Both these humans are so humble & kind. I spent about 6 hours with Kelli & she did an amazing job on my back tattoo. If you need a tattoo, then you need Dragonland Tattoo & their team.
