I wanted help with changing out my nose piercing and she was SUPER helpful. The woman at the front desk was upbeat and very helpful. This will be my new go to place for any further piercings.

Second time here and both experiences were wonderful! They have a great birthday deal and stamp card for piercings. This time I went in not knowing which specific ear piercings I wanted and both the receptionist and piercer (Zoe I think) were so helpful, patient and nice. Definitely will be back for all future piercings and would recommend!!

I would definitely go back only for the pierce liz tho she is the most kindest understanding person I had the best experience with the nipple piercings I appreciate her. I would give Liz 5 stars I’m only doing 3 stars is because the front desk person today honestly she had a rude tone snooty attitude she looked like she didn’t want to be there or is only there for a check like most people do now of days. When I came in I was told completely different from what I was emailing the pierce Liz about and just as I sat down the front desk lady was like “Ashley are you done with that form yet?” Just as I sat down and I walked out and said nope I’m good and she literally didn’t say thanks for coming and have a good day. Liz was the only one that gave the best experience for me so Liz I appreciate you and your amazing and because of the front desk person I probably won’t return and that’s sad because I felt comfortable. Thank you Liz for being amazing!

Staff is friendly and informative. Lily did a great job piercing my 10 year old granddaughter's ears.

Quick and simple. Got daughter ear lobe pierced or reopened since it had kinda closed previously (from a different place). Lady did a great job helping my 9yo through the process.
