Fun, rowdy place, very welcoming. Heyam is a great artist. If I were going to get more tattoos i'd want it to be her doing them.

I Brought my daughter in for a nose piercing. Andrea was our piercer and she did a fantastic job! I want to thank her for being so patient with my daughter. The man at the front desk/register was also super nice and helpful. This place was so comfortable, positive atmosphere, and the place was clean too! I love it!! Definitely coming back!

Deserved more starts! I highly recommend Andrea! Barely felt my piercing. Now let’s talk about the atmosphere. Truly iconic shop, the whole place is hand carved lol. Loving and happy staff. The owner greeted us and gave us a tour. I love this place.

So boom, I was going to the bathroom to clean my bellybutton piercing when I noticed the top ball was sinking in. I was like “oh hell no” so I called Premier and told them what was going on. I get there at around 8:50 and spoke the piercer Andrea. She was so nice and friendly. She changed my piercing for me and was real quick with it to. 10/10 best customer service I’ve ever received going into a tattoo shop. Very much will recommend

I've been going to Premier for a while now got tattoos from CJ who did great work for me, he also recommended Bird for some reconstruction work on a tattoo I've had since 1980. I can't tell how pleased I am with the work she did!! My tattoo has been revived to a level I never thought it would be, Bird is truly a artist of exceptional talent, Thanks

Gotten two tattoos here and plan to get more. All of the people working are incredibly nice.

I recently got a bridge piercing, septum, eyebrow, and a Dermal piercing from this shop, but unfortunately, two pieces of jewelry fell out not long after(bridge, right nipple) . When I called to ask about it, I was informed there would be a charge just to have it looked at. I wasn’t aware that the jewelry needed to be tightened regularly, as this wasn’t mentioned during my visit. This experience has left me disappointed, especially since I was really excited about getting a tattoo by Ash—her talent is undeniable, and I was looking forward to working with her. However, the lack of communication about aftercare and the cash-only policy have made me decide to look elsewhere. With all that being said everyone was very very nice I didn’t feel uncomfortable. The place is very clean!. But if you tell me a piercing takes x amount of time to heal and it falls out way before that then you should.. help. Anyways make sure you tell folks to make sure to keep their piercings tight lol.

I Got a piece done here years ago and it went well although they said they couldn't do it on my hand where I wanted it. Fast forward I decided to go back because I needed to find a new artist to do an anime piece. I contacted them and Gio messaged me saying he would love to do it. The first session went okay, I had never twitched from getting a tattoo before but never had one on my calf so I kept twitching. I returned to get it finished a few weeks later and used numbing cream to help with the twitching. It worked kinda but not fully. He was frustrated i kept twitching. He seemed frustrated. He promised he would only charge me 150 to get the rest done and we only could complete more line work. I felt bad but he was like I was supposed to have this piece done last month and was aggravated I wasn't getting it done on his terms. I paid the remaining of what he said even though it wasn't finished. I felt like he was trying to spite me for not being able to get the rest finished including the color. I will not go back.
