Went in for a tattoo with Jakki. From the start of the consultation she was absolutely amazing. By the time she had finished designing the tattoo it was like she had somehow managed to go into my brain and pull out exactly what I imagined for my tattoo. My appointment was so smooth and Jakki creates such a relaxing environment. She was also super efficient and asked me questions about how I was feeling and how I liked it so far. 10/10 will absolutely be booking all of my tattoos with her going forward

This studio is without a doubt beautiful! The staff is knowledgeable! I am not only a tattoo artist but I own a different studio. I have been here on multiple occasions for various reasons (piercings, jewelry, etc) I was so impressed by this studio and staff that I actually refer quite a bit of clientele here! If you’re in the Worcester area and looking for a place that not only knows what they are doing but is also compassionate and friendly this is your spot! They have an amazing selection of top tier jewelry to choose from! I am also a licensed piecer and I brought my own daughter here to get pierced (I couldn’t do it to my baby girl myself 😭) they treated her better than I could have ever imagined! If you’re looking for the place to go or take your loved ones this is it!

so happy with my first experience here! the staff are all super friendly and helpful, and their piercers were by far the most informative piercers i've met. Jay, the owner, did an inner eyebrow piercing for me and i couldn't be more happy with the result. he was very transparent and let me know he had never done an eyebrow piercing in this area before, but still gave it a shot and walked me through the entire process. it came out great and perfectly matches the other side which i had done previously at another shop. i'll definitely be a returning customer :)

i got my snug done by the owner- they and all the other employees there were phenomenal from start to finish! the piercing was quick, easy, no pressure and judgement free, i felt very safe and heard. it’s 2 weeks later and my snug is giving me issues (100% not their fault, it’s classic of snug piercings) and i made a checkup appointment. i missed it. i felt so guilty and scared to call but immediately was greeted on the phone with warmth and understanding. the owner explained everything and got me back on the schedule the same day. absolutely top tier customer service. many people will avoid professional piercing places like this because of the cost, but for me the initial experience made it more than worth it, let alone the complimentary follow up and then insanely good customer support. 10/10.

Went to Elegance on my birthday for a nose piercing and had an absolutely amazing time!! The people were all so nice and accommodating and my piercer, Jay did a great job making my mum and I feel at ease and comfortable during the piercing process!! Will definitely be coming back😁

There’s a reason they have 5 star reviews and I would give 10 stars if possible. My daughter and I celebrated her 21st birthday last week with nose piercings for both of us. All of the staff were so kind, accommodating and supportive which meant so much to both of us. Coming here was the best and for this old mom especially. I had tried twice at another facility to have my nose pierced but my anxiety didn’t even let me get in the chair. Elegance was a completely different feel from start to finish and although I was still anxious, the experience was worth it! Jay has done an absolutely phenomenal job with his business and is an excellent decorator too! You will not regret trusting this crew with your permanent body decorations. Oh and P.S. the bathroom decos are fire!

Amazing studio! I wanted to change my nose ring and ended up getting so much more. The owner, Jay, changed my nose hoop, checked to see if my helix was still open and popped a stud into it, and began to map out how to tackle my lobe scars from having 2-3 first holes. Not to mention they have the cutest jewelry to pick from! From picking out the jewelry to being with the piercer, the studio makes it a positive experience

Angela is an absolutely incredible artist and person. From the moment I sat down with her, she made me feel comfortable and understood. She is funny, personable, and so easy to connect with, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I only gave her a few snippets of things that I like and somehow she turned them into a masterpiece that feels completely personal and unique to me. Her creativity, talent, and ability to bring ideas to life are unmatched. I left not only with a tattoo that I love but also with the memory of an amazing experience. I cannot recommend Angela enough!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! My daughter got her bellybutton pierced here, and Jay, the owner, was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, he made her feel completely comfortable and at ease. He explained everything clearly, answered all her questions, and was so professional while still being warm and friendly. The piercing itself was quick, clean, and done perfectly. My daughter left feeling confident and so happy with the experience.
