Waited over an hour to be told they wouldn't change my jewelry because they were "too inexperienced" to change piercing jewelry as a piercer in a piercing shop. They didn't check the jewelry beforehand to make sure they could do it knowing that their only piercer was too inexperienced to do certain jewelry. Would've been nice to have known that before I waited over an hour. Very unhappy.

I was in and out very quick! I walked in looking to get my firsts and was brought in immediately. My piercer was amazing and thoroughly explained what she was doing before actually doing the piercing. The pricing was also pretty great in comparison for what I was seeing through other places. Only $50 with standard earrings included in the cost. The atmosphere was very clean too, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back to get my seconds! Their provided saline spray to clean my ears wasn’t incredibly expensive too, and even came in a little goodie bag that made me feel very happy :)

Love this place! Very clean everyone is so nice!! I had a sleeve done and multiple piercings. I highly recommend!!

Lindsay is an amazing piercer, she was so kind and informative. She gave me 2 piercings and did my sister’s nose piercing very quickly and then she even checked my other previous earring holes to see if they were still open/put in jewelry I bought in the shop afterwards. 10/10 customer service.

They don’t do walk-in. Just drove an hour for nothing thanks

Been there twice now and it's a wonderful shop! Lindsey was awesome with piercing my niece and I. Travis did a small tattoo for me and it came out better than I imagined! Very light handed and a badass artist. Will definitely be back for more :)!
