Rattlesnake Tattoo

This was my first experience at this shop and I was extremely impressed with every aspect. From the shop itself to the artist and staff working there. I will be recommending this shop to anyone wanting some great ink.

I got Kevin. He was really nice. The people on counter was super sweet. The artist did a great job on my tattoo, took his time and was careful. And great price! I recommend this place if you have a budget, want a good tattoo artist, and want friendly service.

Kevin is great and focused! Very great line work, and vivid color blending.

Let me tell you something: walking into Rattlesnake Tattoo is like stepping into a sacred temple of traditional tattoo greatness—with just the right amount of rock 'n roll and the faint buzz of a machine that says, “You’re about to look way cooler.” Steve put some ink on me that looks like it came straight out of a time machine from 1945—bold lines, perfect saturation, and a design so clean my grandma would probably high-five him. I’ve seen Kevin’s work too, and I’m convinced he made some kind of deal with the tattoo gods, because his stuff is consistently badass. Like, if tattoos were baseball cards, you’d want his whole set. Now let’s talk about Carter, the man holding it all together at the front desk. This guy could probably organize a rock concert and a NASA launch at the same time. Super chill, knows his stuff, and makes you feel like you’ve been a regular for years even if it’s your first time walking in with nervous sweat and a Pinterest idea. The shop? Clean enough to eat off the floor (not that you should—don’t be weird). It’s packed with flash that'll make you want to tattoo your entire body immediately. Traditional style? They don’t just do it—they live it. If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo here, stop thinking. Do it. And thank me later when strangers compliment your ink and your self-esteem skyrockets.

Kevin did a wonderful Job on my tattoo. Out of all the places I checked out, these guys were by far the nicest and most helpful. Very affordable too! I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I can!

This place is great! I've had several tattoos done by Kevin. Very clean, professional and have great attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with the work I've got done.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Carter and Steve’s customer service skills are out of this world. Ladies, if you’re scared or intimidated by tattoo parlor antics please know these two are the best. It feels so safe in there and it’s all because of them. Would trust them with my life lol the vibes are so good in there and it was incredibly welcoming. I had a fantastic first experience with them tonight and will never stop coming here. I loved the art work that Steve created for me too. Just all around a wonderful experience. Thanks for the artwork and good conversation guys!!

Might not recognize my google account since it’s a weird name BUT-this shop is great. I’ve had issues all over Wichita with artists acting like a-holes. They don’t have time, they shit on your ideas, they rush and overcharge you. Not here. We walked in Saturday, the guy at the front is super friendly and he talked with us while we figured out what in the world we wanted. We narrowed down some ideas with a few changes from the references and they were drawing them right away. We both left with great tattoos that were super excited about. Then, yesterday, my mother was in town to get her very first tattoo with her grandbabies names/hearts. She was SO excited and the shop she had originally scheduled with had a scheduling issue and were frankly quite rude about it. She can only take so much time off work so she was upset she wouldn’t be able to get it done. I called Rattlesnake, and told them I had a crude drawing of her idea, and they told us to head on over! Kevin took the drawing and made it SO much better and she left very impressed and so so happy with her first tattoo. The shop is also neat and clean and decorated well. You can tell they really know how to run a business. Top notch guys and top notch tattooing. I can’t sing their praises enough.
