hours of operation is a joke.What tattoo shop closes at six o'cl9ck?

My husband and I took in samples of letters we had written when we were dating and asked for images to be copied and tattooed. Greg did an amazing job putting the design together. The fine lines needed to capture my husband’s beautiful hand writing are perfect. We are both so happy with our experience and the product. Thank you Greg!

June of 2024- They used to let you do walk-ins I did a spontaneous trip here with my friend on my birthday. Been to this place a handful of times either for myself, friends or family. And had no complaints. I just was unhappy with the fact that the girls now working at the front desk said we couldn't get anything done without an appointment. I understand appointments are needed for business. But when you have no clear signs of a busy shop and piercing take 3-5min to do??

If I could give zero would... Went for my septum. Looked at and manipulated my nose a bit, said ok, and did the piercing. Then immediately after doing the piercing he said "I had to pierce further towards the tip of your nose than usual because you have scar tissue"... Firstly, he never said that prior, so I believe he messed up and used that as an excuse. Second, he showed have said that prior, and 3rd he literally pierced the tip of my nose. It looks horrible. Its crooked, so he pierced at an angle somehow. It's all the way at the tip, so the ring rubs against the corners of my nostrils which has caused it to erode. There was plenty of space for him to pierce it correctly. He could have gotten almost against my face because there was a space between the cartilage that separates our nostrils and the skin going almost all the way to touching my face...I tried calling twice, and I was told I'd get a call back. The call back never happened. I really wish they'd fix this. Redo the piercing so I can take this one out. I get made fun of for it. It's that bad... I don't wanna say don't go here... But you're taking a HUGE risk with your face.

My tattoo was mostly done and it was fully paid for and just needed a few flowers colored in but when I made my second appointment to finish the tattoo the artist I went to stated that his prices changed and he was unable to honor the “paid in full” price and I would need to pay more to get it finished even though he said when I came back I would not have to pay anything since the reason we stopped the session was due to him wanting to be done for the day and he needed a break. Which I understood completely however if I knew he would have done this I wouldn’t have went to him in the first place. I drove 2 hours for this appointment and an hour and a half prior to the appointment time he informed me of this information of his prices changing and him being unable to honor the “paid in full” anymore. However, whether his prices changed the next day after seeing more or when I made my appointment I felt he should have honored the original paid in full agreement. It was not professional and he didn’t offer any other solution he just stated “I don’t do free work” again, not free it was paid in full. Very unsatisfied with this experience. I didn’t put the name of the artist for their privacy but after a couple of weeks of thinking about this experience I am incredibly upset with how things went.
