My friend and I both had to remove our piercings due to bad angling

Tried to charge me $200 for a plain black 2 inch tattoo of my dog's paw print on my forearm along with a minor touch up of the others next to it. I paid that much for a highly detailed tattoo of a flying crow holding a marble that's larger than my hand on my back. Ridiculous, no thanks

I recommend Emma! She is talented, patient and does a great job. She has done all of my tattoos and I will be back to see her again.

They done two of my tattoos & was very pleased

Everyone was nice & easy to work with. My girlfriend and I both had walk ins & took maybe an hour combined. Granted both are small tattoos we’re happy

I literally can not give them a lower rating. I wish I could but unfortunately I can't. Not only did they not finish my tattoo but after I tried to schedule with the them multiple times they want to pay full price for their mistake. You'd probably have a better that tattoo if you went to a local preschool. Otherwise save your money up and drive to Indianapolis or just go to square rose.

My bestie and i decided to get a peicing together! We are beyond happy with our experience! Every experience ive had there wasnt bad, i have now 11 piercings that have been done there but this one just exceeded my expectations! We went to queencity to get my tragus pierced and my bestie got her a regular cartlidge piercing. Emma rich was so amazing! She told us everything that was about to happen and said what she was about to do before doing it step by step! She was very good at making sure evrrything was clean and sterilized as everything should be. She was so nice and funny, she also made sure we were comfortable before she started. I would recommend her a million times over!! She was overall amazing and id give her a thousand stars if I could!!!
