Initially went to get my septum pierced but the piercer, Kai, thankfully told me I didn't really have the anatomy for it. Left with a nose piercing and plans to return for my future piercings. They were kind, competent, and made sure I knew what was going on throughout. Honestly couldn't have gotten a better first experience getting pierced by a professional

I had a nose piercing from another shop that went bad! Went to Kai and she hooked me right up! I didn’t feel any pain! I thought it would be painful after trying to mess with it on my own! She was so detailed and informative of her every move! It was fast easy and painless!

I would go zero if I could. I inquired about pricing on a piercing and when the man on the phone had to repeat himself ( god forbid) his tone dropped and was clearly agitated. I asked about snake bites and was trying to get the pricing with the jewelry. Every good employee that was at this shop is gone. I recommend going to beatnik or lucky raven. Anywhere but here honestly. I have never made a complaint about anywhere until today. So take that as you will. Do not go here if you want good service.
