Lauren did an amazing job with my daughters piercings was beyond the professionalism she really made my daughter comfortable in her choice and calmed her nerves for the piercings michelle did a terrific job on the tattoo but we agreed to meet at 12 and she was way over an hour late because of the out standing job Lauren did and also the professionalism of ivory ghost I believe her name to be in and the good work we will most definitely be back hopefully the tardiness was a one off we all have our days

I had a great experience the first time , the second time not so much. i overheard some concerning conversations being held. Apparently the owners son likes to come in & does not work there & is not qualified to do anything on anybody either!! He apparently changed a clients jewelry or straight up did the piercing i do not remember which was said. this took about ten minutes out of my scheduled time. I would think twice about coming to a shop like this one if the ownership changes then i believe it would be an amazing shop & the workers are genuine in what they do & caring for others. the owner doesn’t give me those vibes.i feel very sorry for whoever paid this man to play with their money & time. &&&& WAS UNAWARE he wasn’t truly a professional.

Good staff!!! I go here all the time for jewelry and help with changing out my jewelry. Very reliable and reasonable. Been going here for 3 years or more for piercings 🫶🏾

Just got a tattoo from Ivy and she did a great job. It is the first tattoo I have gotten from Earthborne and it won’t be the last. Best part about the experience was she has a light hand and I about fell asleep instead of cringing.

Great customer service good people but When I went to get my industrial piercing the first time I didn't have I have a problem and now I have a problem with the other side. That I got pierced, which was my left ear. I got green stuff coming out. I even cleaned it twice a day. And she told me to soak it for 5-10 minutes. And Like I don't know If she cleaned the bar Before put in my ear but now I got swollen red And now I gotta take antibiotics I wish They could refund me my money but that's not gonna happen.
