This was my first time getting a piercing at a tattoo shop, they made sure I felt comfortable and told me everything they were going to do before and during my piercing. The staff was amazing, and the shop itself was very clean! Will come again in the future.

Ricky was awesome!! He did my nose piercing yesterday and he was really sweet, really appreciated his genuineness, his heart, and his softness. God bless him! Thank you Ricky!!!

I gave Chi-Town 5 stars because, I been here multiple times good service coming in and going out, Ricky the body piercer explains everything you have to do to take care of your piercer and always in a good mood. I have 6 piercings done with him they were all done right never had a problem thats why i keep going back! I highly recommend coming there❤️.

walked in a got a tattoo from here, it seemed fine at first. I noticed a few mistakes afterwards and have been trying to connect with the artist to address the mistakes with no luck so now I’m paying somewhere else to have it fixed. So you are taking your chances.

poor service and quality of jewelry. Septum was pierced way too low and through my cartilage, also wasn't aligned, but the best part was when he clamped and then stuck the needle slightly, and then removed it before doing the whole process again. The pain was awful. I tried to remove myself and have friends try with no luck, had to go to an actual reputable shop with experienced people, where the piercer also struggled and stated it was improperly placed. Go here if u wanna take a gamble, prices reflect what u can expect. If you want it done right go to skynn
