Just got my industrial re-pierced after 2 years of it being closed and Jessica was amazing. She got it done in 2 seconds flat and she was so nice.
Took my sister to get her industrial re-pierced as it closed, a Jessica was amazing!!! I’ll be def coming back in the future to see her!!!
The only tattoo artist I've personally worked with here is Cesar. But everyone I've met here seem like really good folks. I've also had both of my daughters' ears pierced here and they were extremely professional and great with them.
Every year I loose a piercing on vacation. Speeds web has come in clutch every time🕸 🕷
Gab designed a Harry Potter tattoo for me and my best friend and she did an amazing job!!
If I could give zero stars I would. We called so many time for information to make sure we had the correct stuff. Drove about 40 mins to be turned away for not having the correct documents. Seriously!!!! We called. Then asked if we could come back the next day with proper documents and said it would close to closing. Just say No don't come. Instead we were told to come and drove ANOTHER 40 mins to be turned away again because they were too busy. This business is ridiculously. Also NOT ONE person spoke nicely to us. We will NEVER come back here again. Don't waste your time on this place. The owner should br ashamed. I can't believe it's ok to treat people that way. Your not the only place around and should value customers who spend money there. I know we are one group that you will lose and who cares but I will defer anyone else from coming to you.
Not the best for second lobe piercings. I've seen rave reviews and have talked with friends who love Spiders Web, and I can see some reasons why. The staff are professional and their piercing hygiene is good. Somehow, while my ears are straightforward and I can think of no complications with the process, my left second was placed nicely and my right second was significantly farther away and lower down. If I were to go again I would ask for dots drawn on ahead of time so I could confirm where the piercings would go. Mine are far enough off that I'm going to get the right one redone, and am considering either a constellation or just taking it out and letting it close up. The other complication for me, that is unlikely to happen for other people, is that it's possible the earring backs had a metal I'm sensitive to. I asked about materials and was assured that the earrings are titanium (medical grade I think), but the backs bothered me for weeks until I switched them out for plastic. I'm a microbiologist and cared for the piercings well so it's unlikely that the healing was disrupted due to poor care.
