I got 2 cartilage piercings by Katy and she was wonderful!!! So sweet and a great piercer

I got my belly button pierced by Frankie. She was SOOO awesome. Super kind and patient, she really makes you feel comfortable. The piercing looks awesome, thanks Frankie!!

Frankie did my belly button piercing and was so kind and funny! Didn’t rush me. She was so clean and hygienic. Would 1000% recommend!

I got a tattoo two years ago here and it is still raised! I talked to several locations and tattoo artists who have looked at my tattoo and they are surprised when I tell them how old it is. I spoke with another black cloud location and the artist who did my tattoo and he just made poor excuses and lied. I’m so upset.

Austin did my first ever tattoo, he was amazing. We had great conversation and hes super chill!! He did a great job on the tat! Love this place. Will def come again to get tatted by austin!!

I have been here multiple times and LOVE THIS PLACE! A previous artist completely screwed up my tattoo and the owner Beebe has been amazing helping me to get it fixed. They will be the only ones to tattoo me in the future. Great Shop and Great employees!

Katy is SO good. first of all her business card is the cutest thing i’ve ever seen and second of all she did AMAZING on my eyebrow piercing and not only that but we had great conversation as well! im so obsessed with it and am like endlessly getting compliments on it!! It was so quick and only hurt for just a second. I recommend her to anyone and will be back to her specifically!! I’ve also gotten my industrial, conch and tragus pierced there and love them so much! Love this place for piercings!! Never gotten a tattoo there but i’m sure they’re just as good as the piercers!!

Had piercing in Sunday. The little ball feel out and Monday you guys replaced it. Was very gentle in doing so very aware of the inflammation and soreness.
