This was a great experience. She finished a tattoo that I only had an outline of. It came out a thousand times better than I ever expected. I will definitely go back for my next tattoo

Asides from the great piercings for my daughter, my niece, and myself, Jennifer was super nice to my son who came for the ridealong and got suddenly pale, listening to how piercings were gonna go down haha. She really cared and tried to make my son feel better. The piercings were simple and quick. Made for a beautiful memory with my youngins ❤️

Customer service, people! When I entered the shop, which was completely empty on a Friday afternoon, the woman that was sitting there looked at me, my 9-pound puppy and my daughter, and in a very rude manner asked me to take my dog out if it wasn’t a service dog. I didn’t even get the chance to do what I set out to do, which was make an appointment for a consultation for a very pricey and intricate job I’m planning to do. I went to my car and didn’t say a word (I guess I was embarrassed, it was awkward), and my 12-year old looked at me and said “She could’ve said that in a nicer way”. Do I need to add more? You just lost a client, lady, and possibly many more because…referrals? Manners matter!!!

Karen is great! I love my nose piercing.

My friends and I went to eternal art yesterday. Whoever answered the phone was not the nicest to us, but we brushed it off assuming she was having a bad day. As we entered eternal art it was clean and karen was very welcoming. While karen was funny, kind, and helpful with piercing anxiety, her piercing knowledge was confusing. She uses needles instead of guns, which all piercers will agree is the right way, which was comforting. She does have sterile supplies and said she likes to keep a sterile field. However, we did not see her practice sterile procedures. We never once saw her wash her hands. After putting on gloves she touched multiple pens, drawer handles, paper, a metal cup, and possibly more. She pierced one conch with normal earring jewelry for a lobe (not recommended) and with a butterfly back (highly not recommended, shown in photo.) She also pierced my friends conch with a hoop. She did not ask her what gauge and told her it would be a 14 gauge, not the standard gauge. While we should have done research, it is normal to trust a licensed professional. After getting the hoop as the initial piercing for the conch we researched and realized it is highly discouraged and almost always not pierced with a hoop. I’m really disappointed the piercer encouraged this. We also asked a couple of locals about this place. Everyone we asked said no locals go to that shop. They said eternal art is known for not being as trustworthy as other shops. They said most locals go to other shops like Z-edge. Karen’s inviting personality made her trustable, but after researching and talking to locals I would not recommend this place. I would also recommend doing your own research so you don’t end up in this predicament.

Loved the experience, she was so nice and funny. She was able to for us in very last minute which we appreciate! The tattoo turned out so well and I love it, it was exactly like the picture I showed. Really recommend coming here!!!

Karen was AMAZING what wonderful person. I can not rave enough about her and her work. Shop has a comfortable, professional, clean setting. The kindness and friendly of the tattoo artist/shop owner (Karen) sets the shop at the top of where you want to go. Thank You!

I had such a great experience getting my ears pierced here! The staff member (Karen) who helped us was absolutely amazing—so sweet, kind, and incredibly helpful. She made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free, taking time to explain everything and making sure we felt at ease. The space was clean, welcoming, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and positive place.

Stopped in with my son on a whim to get his name for my birthday!! She was extremely kind and professional. What a fun memorable experience for my birthday!!
