Dale was super patient with me, I got my belly button pierced and I’m 16, he was super sweet and kind and gave me 2 lollipops instead of one

Got my nose pierced by Dale, he did a fantastic job. He pierced my 16 year olds belly button and he was very patient and took his time to explain everything so she was comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

I originally went to 321 Ink in cocoa to get a simple nose stud and ended up going back due to piercing errors. I ended up finding this shop online and read all the great reviews about their piercers. I came in and Dale was super sweet, quick, knowledgeable AND he made the process painless fixing someone else’s mistake. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be going back.

Will always recommend for piercings! Been a couple times for myself, but recently took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced and they were so patient and helpful. Pricing is fair and Sofia and Dale are great, they’re friendly and knowledgeable, always a 10/10 experience.

I purchased jewelry for my conch piercing at this shop, trusting that the piercer, as the professional, would provide the correct size. When I got home, I realized that one of the pieces was far too small to fit my piercing. I returned to the store hoping to exchange it, but instead of receiving any assistance, an employee blamed me for not noticing and refused to help. Rather than taking accountability, they dismissed my concern and implied it was entirely my fault for not noticing the piercing size. It was unprofessional, dismissive, and left me with the impression that customer service is not a priority here.

Great experience with dale he got me right with my nose piercing, so yeah, it was a great experience. I recommend y’all to go to him.
