Roxxy does her BIGGEST ONE every time i come for a new piercing. she never disappoints, always talks you through the process, as gentle as can be, and very knowledgeable. She’s the best and I always come back to “Tattoo’s by Lou”

I got a surface tragus by Cynthia back in April. 4 months later my piecing still bled and pained me every night when I cleaned. In August I went back and some other piercer was there and she told me that Cynthia no longer works there but my surface tragus was placed relatively lower than usual plus it was very much placed moreso on my cheek than my tragus. I asked the new piercer how she thought I should proceed she said 9 times out of 10 it’s rejecting after hearing that it still actively bleeds every night when I cleaned and hurts consistantly. I allowed this new piercer (whoms name I never got) to remove the piecing. I then asked her if I’d be able to get a refund for the piercing seeing as though she had knowledged me about the incorrect placement of the piercing, she said she’d speak to the owner and have them to contact me. I left and heard nothing for a week. So, I called and spoke to who I believed to be the owner and she was very rude to me badgering me saying “what would I like to be done” in a VERY passive tone. I said listen is there a way that I could get a refund seeing as though the placement was misplaced by Cynthia causing it to reject. She said no because 1. Cynthia doesn’t work there anymore and 2. Cynthia is a private contractor so she did not pay the business she took the money home. At first I asked if I could get a discount on another piecing in which she asked what piercing did I want a discount on, but to me I’d be crazy to get repierced when it’s evident that they hire people who don’t know what they are doing.

Roxy was great ! She talked me through the whole piercing process and had no problem with me vlogging through it. Will definitely be back, she was super patient.

almost forgot to leave my review. But couldn’t forget that me and my sister came for nose piercings and had an amazing experience! Our piercer name was fallon or something. Regardless she was amazing !!!! she reassured us on everything and made the process so easy and fast. literally felt like a quick pinch. very smooth. We will be back for our other side. Thank you again

Roxy was super sweet! She made me and my partner feel very comfortable with our piercings. She matched my new nose ring with the old one and switched out my old piercing so it matched and I’m super happy with how it came out. I’ll definitely return for more soon! Thanks Roxyyy!🩷

Meeting Roxy was probably the best customer service I’ve received, she was sweet and patient with me as I do have a fear of needles but she guided me through the whole process. She let me ask all the questions i could think of and helped me get over my fear. If you’re interested in getting pierced i couldn’t recommend a better person to go see. Thanks again! ❤️
