Sam was very friendly and he was light-handed! We love our tattoo!

The man at the counter was sweet but the woman who did my piercing was kinda cold. I barely got a hello and she just dove in without saying much. I feel like if you're getting first piercing or you're not really good with piercings/needles don't come here because there was no effort to put me at ease or assure I'm comfortable. Especially considering how there was a brief issue with the piercing which made the process/pain last a bit longer than it should've. There was kind of rough handling when it came to my process and my friend told me there was a moment where the piercer was even like tugging on the needle during the piercing which is alarming to me at least. Overall I wouldn't really recommend unless you're a 0 bs kind of person when it comes to interactions.

I had a wonderful experience here. Sam and Umit were very kind and professional. I was nervous and they helped me relax. I highly recommend for piercings or tattoos .
