Trilogy Atelier - DC Tattoo Shop / Piercing Studio

Got my second tattoo from Rico and couldn’t be more satisfied (again). He took a half baked, vague idea and turned it into something so much better than I was imagining. Plus the whole vibe of the shop, the other artists, and the soundtrack just rounds out an incredible experience. Special shout out to Mike at the front desk who makes everything move so smoothly.

1000 times recommend!! Got my tattoo done a couple of weeks ago and every step was on point. Özge brought my idea to life in her custom design so beautifully and then executed it better than I could have imagined. The consultation, the design process, and even nearly 13 hours of actual tattoo work flowed seamlessly. Mike at the front desk was great, communicative and responsive. The vibe in the studio overall is great. It's welcoming and very clean.

When my previous DC tattoo artist moved, I was nervous to place my trust into another tattoo artist since I have gotten a bad tattoo done before in the past. However, when I checked out Tattoo Atelier for the first time, I could definitely understand why it has so many 5 star ratings. The staff was extremely kind with getting my tattoo booked and the tattoo artist, @met_tattoo, was extremely kind and very talented. My tattoo turned out exactly the way I wanted it to! I will definitely be back for future tattoos.

Jules is amazing, she has done all my tattoos. So far, I have 6 tattoos from Jules. They all have healed perfectly and have had no complications. Mike from the front desk is super nice. Soon I will be getting another tattoo from Jules which I am really looking forward too.

The studio is clean and all staff are incredibly welcoming from the second you step in. I had the honor of having Maria as my artist, she was very sweet and offered good advice on placement and changes. I had provided reference pictures for the design I wanted, and her end result is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

Mehmet and Mike were AMAZING!! My sister and I last minute decided to get tattoos this weekend and Mike was super helpful managed to fit us into Mehmet's schedule with very little notice. He was super friendly and put my sister at ease as soon as we walked in as this was her first tattoo. Then Mehmet is just so sweet and calm to work with. And he has a super gentle hand tattooing! I've been tattooed several times and never have they been as easy and relaxing as Mehmet working on you! I can't recommend this shop enough, and you should totally ask for Mehmet if you are at all worried about the pain from a tattoo. I promise you will barely feel it under his skills.

I could give more than 5 stars I would. Chill vibe in the shop, everybody was cool and easygoing. Maria did my piece. She was awesome! Great conversation, and the tattooing came with very minimal pain even in the more sensitive areas. She has a very deft hand
