If i could leave zero stars I would. I needed emergency septum jewelry since mine had fell out this morning. There is a very unhelpful and rude Indian man that basically told me without an appointment I could not be serviced. His excuse is that the owner takes the keys with him and he could not access the jewelry or the register. This business is useless, if you were looking for a sign to go elsewhere take this one.

I've been here twice now to get piercings with Kyle, and he's been excellent both times! My first time here I wanted a piercing that I ended up not having the anatomy for, and Kyle was excellent about explaining why it wouldn't work, and recommending some alternates. Ultimately then it didn't work out, but I really appreciated how professional and kind he was then, which meant when it was time to get something different I knew exactly where to go. This time was also excellent! We discussed the piercing, figured out where to place it, what my goals were for the rest of my ear etc. He spent a few minutes neurotically lining up and redrawing in the exact spot to pierce (which I appreciated! My other piercings are totally uneven, so lining things up has an added layer of difficulty). The actual piercing itself was quick, and came out perfect, could not be happier with it. I'll deff be coming back again in a few months to get my next one.
