Had a great experience with Michael for a piercing swap.

Gabe was amazing!! He was super patient and accommodating to make sure I left happy! Highly recommend booking with him!

Gabe was the absolute best!! He was happy to accommodate the style and size I wanted and he patiently tested out options until I loved the design. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!!

Michael was great! I went to get my ears repierced after many years of trying to get over my fear of needles and ended up getting 5 ear piercings at once lol He did a great job, talked me through it all, and it was as painless as it could be

Communication with this place is damn near impossible, I communicated with Michael and informed him the website wasn’t working and it was glitched and told him I’d be there at 6pm and he acknowledged and continued to book somebody else in the slot I agreed to come by on, the do not answer phones, they take hours to respond, and are not very friendly, I would not recommend going to this location, there are better tattoo shops and piercing shops in the city.

I'm glad to read here that others had a good experience with Gabe, but he was extremely rude to me. I have 5 tattoos from 5 different artists, and I was never treated like this at a studio. I'm genuinely disappointed with my experience. I left without having any work done and forfeiting my deposit.

A little bit overpriced ($160 for 2 lobes + cheaper jewelry) and where I was being pierced wasn’t checked with me before piercing. I should’ve personally spoken up when I felt the needle but I’d still like to be checked in with. I found the placement to be good and well spaced out with my other piercings and my piercer was really talented. Really clean area with an ATM if you want to pay with cash.

Michael did a great job piercing my ear. He was super professional and very chill. I don’t do well with needles and was very accommodating. The shop is also very clean - I will be back for more piercings.
