Inksmith Tattoo and Piercing

I called and made an appointment in advance for my daughter (6) to get her ears pierced, but when we showed up (on her birthday) for the appointment, they didn’t have it in the system. She was pretty crushed to say the least. The person (who remembered me calling) said it would be $180 for the two piercers to pierce each ear at the same time. This pricing isn’t listed in the website and based on shopping around after this experience, is not very comparable to the market. I’d look elsewhere for piercing.

I hesitate to post because I hate being negative, and the front desk person (Clare?) was very sweet and patient. My original appointment was mistakenly made at 5, which they later said was when they closed, so rescheduled for 4:30. That’s fine, I didn’t mind a tiny mistake at all, they were very kind about it. But the person that helped me out with my appointment was impatient and rude, and I felt a bit hurt by their short temper. I had my piercing done here a while ago, and that went ok (not the best experience either, but I have nothing to compare it to). This time all I needed was a labret replaced, but I am new to the piercing and I had a lot of questions, and wanted some prices on a new item ( I passed because I really wanted a yellow gold hoop which they didn’t have). All that was all fine, but they didn’t really let me know what was going on, and reacted poorly to my inquiries. Unfortunately I won’t be back and feel overall yuck after being there.

I had Leo from Inksmith Tattoo, and he was great! He is a very kind, thoughtful and personable person, and he is extremely talented at what he does! Highly recommend!

I got tattooed by Leo at InkSmith and it was an amazing experience. His traditional tattoo style is super unique — he keeps the classic vibe but adds a personal touch that you won’t find in any other artist. It’s bold, clean, and totally original. On top of that, Leo is incredibly friendly and fun to hang out with. The sessions are chill and enjoyable from start to finish. I totally recommend him — both for his art and his great energy.
