My boyfriend and I were walk ins for our first tattoos. James got us in quick and started up our design. Nothing crazy, but it was still special to both of us. I was pretty nervous, but James was awesome! He was professional, clean and personal. We talked about movies, games, and even had a few laughs with the other artists. I felt very comfortable seconds into starting and we both love our first tattoos. Thank you James and everyone at Inktown for being so cool!

Got my six year old's ear pierced at clairs, and it was really bad infected and couldn't get the earring off. Came here and met Trinity, who was absolutely amazing with my daughter and me. The whole place was so chill and understanding. Definitely five stars in my opinion!

James did a great job. I was very impressed with him and the other artists, Trinity and Shawn, that did tattoos for my wife and daughter. We came from Long Island to visit family and had arranged this online with James, who was very responsive and professional. We will be back next summer for more. Thank you again and see you soon.

Rudest people we have ever meet along with a few other big issues. We have reported them to Better Business Bureau and a few other steps we have taken. Do not go to this shop unless you want to be treated horribly, not be listened too, having to have laser removal after multiple times of them trying to fix their mistakes, multiple other shops seeing their work after and totally mind blown by the horribly dark messed up art work, owners under age child sitting there all day, not one smile or professionalism, a artist having anger fit punching walls and list continues. Again, do not go here. Learn from our mistakes go to a shop that will care about YOU.

James is incredibly kind, personable, and talented!! He really took his time and made sure every letter was filled in completely and perfectly. Had a wonderful experience and will absolutely come back when I’m in town!

I came in as a walk-in. They were understaffed, yet James still managed to draw up the design and make it happen. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely be back again.
