Bright Ideas Tattoo and Piercing

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I came in the other day for a very small simple cover up. I asked the “EXPERIENCED” tattoo artist of apparently 17 yrs for some advice or ideas on what would cover it nicely. For some reason he has no suggestions.. so I looked up a picture of cherry blossoms. He showed me the sketch and the colors (two diff pinks) and I approved thinking the tattoo would be more detailed than the sketch. To start, he used a yellow that I never approved of and when I asked him why he says “you said you wanted color” like huh? I never approved that. He goes on to tell me that The flowers can’t be more realistic due to the size but he NEVER said that before starting. The tattoo is horrible. He let me get it for free but I feel that is not enough. This is on my wrist and it’s going to be so difficult to get a cover up covered. He did not attempt to fix the tattoo at all.. just told me “you just don’t believe me”. Here is the photo we were going off and what he gave me. Tattoos are forever and I’ve been crying about this since I got it. Shame on this artist and hopefully this company will further compensate me since now I’ll have to spend a lot of money to get this fixed after having to hide this for weeks until it heals.

i’ve gotten pierced here before with a conch and a helix, everything was amazing and went well with those two, But i came in on august 22 to get a tragus and a hidden helix. The tragus is pierced so high up the long bar doesn’t even matter because the back of it isn’t even though the right part of my ear, it is also pierced at an angle which is causing the jewelry to dig into my skin.

Thank you for such a fantastic experience! I went in as a walk-in for double Helix piercings on one ear. Walked in around 6:40ish, and was out by 7:05. I knew what I wanted and what to expect, so there were no delays. The process was professional, friendly, fast and virtually painless. I will be coming back for more in the near future. 😊

heres my experience. about 7-8 months ago, i went to bright ideas to get a holiday discount lip piercing (i got a $30 monroe piercing) hosted by Dilan, though everything was very neat, clean, and fast, it was pierced slanted. this caused issues while healing, along with the jewelry that came with it. It was cheap jewelry and was a screw on ball, which should be a pin for healing. 3 years ago i went to HTC to get my labret done and it healed beautifully because they used appropriate materials + pierced straight. I went back to HTC to discuss my concerns about my monroe piercing and they helped me out. Though its been MONTHS.. my piercing still isnt healed and always has issues. ive cleaned it properly and did my research for it. this wasnt my first piercing. might have to take it out due to its problems.

Just went here to get my nipples pierced! Dilan was the one to pierce me, and he was awesome! He was super kind, and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I will definitely be coming back, great place to get pierced :)
