--- type: state_ranking name: "The 10 best tattoo shops in Oregon" state: "Oregon" abbr: "OR" shops: 10 eligible: 58 url: https://www.localtattoos.com/oregon/best-tattoo-shops/ --- # The 10 best tattoo shops in Oregon 58 shops in Oregon carry at least 25 Google reviews and qualify; these are the top 10. ## How this is ranked Shops are ordered by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: (n × rating + 320 × 4.79) ÷ (n + 320), where n is the shop's Google review count, 320 is the median review count across the directory and 4.79 is the directory-wide mean rating. Only shops with at least 25 reviews qualify; ties go to the shop with more reviews. Ordering is computed at build time from two facts per shop — its Google rating and its Google review count. One listing per street address, and nobody paid for a position. ## The ranking | # | Shop | City | Rating | Reviews | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | 1 | [Off The Grid Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/oregon/medford/off-the-grid-tattoo.md) | Medford | 5.0 | 343 | | 2 | [Adored Tattoo Boutique](https://www.localtattoos.com/oregon/bend/adored-tattoo-boutique.md) | Bend | 5.0 | 287 | | 3 | [Ritual Arts](https://www.localtattoos.com/oregon/portland/ritual-arts.md) | Portland | 4.9 | 465 | | 4 | [Tattoo 34](https://www.localtattoos.com/oregon/portland/tattoo-34.md) | Portland | 4.9 | 343 | | 5 | [Birdhouse Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/oregon/portland/birdhouse-tattoo.md) | Portland | 4.9 | 294 | | 6 | [Silent Earth Studios](https://www.localtattoos.com/oregon/portland/silent-earth-studios.md) | Portland | 5.0 | 107 | | 7 | [Bigtime Walk-In Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/oregon/portland/bigtime-walk-in-tattoo.md) | Portland | 4.9 | 281 | | 8 | [99 TATTOO](https://www.localtattoos.com/oregon/corvallis/99-tattoo.md) | Corvallis | 4.9 | 260 | | 9 | [Irish Ink Tattoo Studio](https://www.localtattoos.com/oregon/grants-pass/irish-ink-tattoo-studio.md) | Grants Pass | 4.9 | 234 | | 10 | [Paradise Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/oregon/portland/paradise-tattoo.md) | Portland | 5.0 | 91 | ### 1.
