--- type: best_category_state name: "Best walk-in tattoo shops in Utah" category: "walk-ins" state: "Utah" abbr: "UT" shops: 16 url: https://www.localtattoos.com/best/walk-ins/utah/ --- # Best walk-in tattoo shops in Utah 16 shops in Utah that reviewers mention for walk-in tattooing, each with at least 25 Google reviews. ## How this is ranked Shops are ordered by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: (n × rating + 320 × 4.79) ÷ (n + 320), where n is the shop's Google review count, 320 is the median review count across the directory and 4.79 is the directory-wide mean rating. Only shops with at least 25 reviews qualify; ties go to the shop with more reviews. Ordering is computed at build time from two facts per shop — its Google rating and its Google review count. One listing per street address, and nobody paid for a position. ## Ranked shops | # | Shop | City | Rating | Reviews | Reviewers mention | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | 1 | [Studio Elev8 Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/south-jordan/studio-elev8-tattoo.md) | South Jordan | 5.0 | 214 | Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services, Custom Tattoo Designs | | 2 | [Salty Kitten Tattoo Co.](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/murray/salty-kitten-tattoo-co.md) | Murray | 5.0 | 199 | Walk-ins Welcome, Custom Tattoo Designs, Online Booking | | 3 | [The Tattoo Shop](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/orem/the-tattoo-shop.md) | Orem | 4.9 | 599 | Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services, Custom Tattoo Designs | | 4 | [Remedy Tattoo Parlor](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/murray/remedy-tattoo-parlor.md) | Murray | 4.9 | 353 | American Traditional, Japanese / Irezumi, Black & Grey | | 5 | [Dark Arts Tattoo & Dark Mark Piercing Studio](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/midvale/dark-arts-tattoo-dark-mark-piercing-studio.md) | Midvale | 4.9 | 277 | Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services, Custom Tattoo Designs | | 6 | [44th Street Tattoo & Piercing](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/logan/44th-street-tattoo-piercing.md) | Logan | 4.9 | 276 | Japanese / Irezumi, Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services | | 7 | [Vamp Body Art piercings and tattoo studio](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/santa-clara/vamp-body-art-piercings-and-tattoo-studio.md) | Santa Clara | 4.9 | 201 | Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services, Custom Tattoo Designs | | 8 | [The Artist Den](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/salt-lake-city/the-artist-den.md) | Salt Lake City | 4.8 | 910 | Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services, Custom Tattoo Designs | | 9 | ["Skin It" Tattoo 5th Street](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/ogden/skin-it-tattoo-5th-street.md) | Ogden | 4.8 | 461 | Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services, Cover-Up Tattoos | | 10 | [Surreal Ink° Tattoo & Body Piercing](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/logan/surreal-ink-tattoo-body-piercing.md) | Logan | 4.8 | 406 | Aftercare Products, Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services | | 11 | [Punctured Piercing & Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/bountiful/punctured-piercing-tattoo.md) | Bountiful | 4.8 | 351 | Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services, Custom Tattoo Designs | | 12 | [Transcend Tattoo & Piercing LLC](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/provo/transcend-tattoo-piercing-llc.md) | Provo | 4.8 | 303 | Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services, Cover-Up Tattoos | | 13 | [ART OF THE HEART TATTOO & PIERCINGS - RIVERTON UT](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/riverton/art-of-the-heart-tattoo-piercings-riverton-ut.md) | Riverton | 4.7 | 288 | Fine Line, Black & Grey, Walk-ins Welcome | | 14 | [Meraki ink](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/orem/meraki-ink.md) | Orem | 4.7 | 587 | Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services, Custom Tattoo Designs | | 15 | [Empire Tattoo Studio](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/american-fork/empire-tattoo-studio.md) | American Fork | 4.6 | 332 | Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services, Tattoo Touch-Ups | | 16 | [SLC Ink Tattoo: Salt Lake City, Utah](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/salt-lake-city/slc-ink-tattoo-salt-lake-city-utah.md) | Salt Lake City | 4.6 | 478 | Fine Line, Aftercare Products, Walk-ins Welcome | ## Related - [Walk-in tattoo shops by state](https://www.localtattoos.com/best/walk-ins.md) - [Tattoo shops in Utah](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah.md) - [The best tattoo shops in Utah](https://www.localtattoos.com/utah/best-tattoo-shops.md) --- *Source: [LocalTattoos.com](https://www.localtattoos.com/best/walk-ins/utah/).
