Only shops with at least 25 reviews qualify; ties go to the shop with more reviews. Ordering is computed at build time from two facts per shop — its Google rating and its Google review count. One listing per street address, and nobody paid for a position. ## Ranked shops | # | Shop | City | Rating | Reviews | Reviewers mention | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | 1 | [Rockin Tattoos](https://www.localtattoos.com/minnesota/eagan/rockin-tattoos.md) | Eagan | 4.9 | 3,400 | Minimalist / Micro, Script / Lettering, Walk-ins Welcome | | 2 | [Nokomis Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/minnesota/minneapolis/nokomis-tattoo.md) | Minneapolis | 4.8 | 235 | Script / Lettering, Walk-ins Welcome, Custom Tattoo Designs | | 3 | [BlackEnd Tattoo Atelier](https://www.localtattoos.com/minnesota/minneapolis/blackend-tattoo-atelier.md) | Minneapolis | 4.8 | 234 | Script / Lettering, Black & Grey, Realism / Portrait | | 4 | [Black Coffin Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/minnesota/st-paul/black-coffin-tattoo.md) | St Paul | 4.7 | 538 | Minimalist / Micro, American Traditional, Script / Lettering | ## Related - [Script & lettering tattoo shops by state](https://www.localtattoos.com/best/script-lettering.md) - [Tattoo shops in Minnesota](https://www.localtattoos.com/minnesota.md) - [The best tattoo shops in Minnesota](https://www.localtattoos.com/minnesota/best-tattoo-shops.md) --- *Source: [LocalTattoos.com](https://www.localtattoos.com/best/script-lettering/minnesota/).
