Only shops with at least 25 reviews qualify; ties go to the shop with more reviews. Ordering is computed at build time from two facts per shop — its Google rating and its Google review count. One listing per street address, and nobody paid for a position. ## Ranked shops | # | Shop | City | Rating | Reviews | Reviewers mention | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | 1 | [Lighthouse Tattoo Parlor](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/westwood/lighthouse-tattoo-parlor.md) | Westwood | 5.0 | 211 | Fine Line, Cover-Up Tattoos, Custom Tattoo Designs | | 2 | [West Hudson Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/harrison/west-hudson-tattoo.md) | Harrison | 4.9 | 801 | Fine Line, Black & Grey, Piercing Services | | 3 | [Blue Bird Tattoo Gallery \| Jersey City, NJ](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/jersey-city/blue-bird-tattoo-gallery-jersey-city-nj.md) | Jersey City | 4.9 | 575 | American Traditional, Fine Line, Aftercare Products | | 4 | [Royal Ink](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/somerdale/royal-ink.md) | Somerdale | 4.9 | 552 | Fine Line, Walk-ins Welcome, Custom Tattoo Designs | | 5 | [Rabbits Den Tattoo and Piercing Parlor](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/milltown/rabbits-den-tattoo-and-piercing-parlor.md) | Milltown | 4.9 | 409 | American Traditional, Fine Line, Japanese / Irezumi | | 6 | [Chakra Tattoos](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/matawan/chakra-tattoos.md) | Matawan | 4.9 | 310 | Fine Line, Realism / Portrait, Aftercare Products | | 7 | [Monsters Ink Tattoo Gallery](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/elizabeth/monsters-ink-tattoo-gallery.md) | Elizabeth | 4.9 | 306 | American Traditional, Script / Lettering, Fine Line | | 8 | [Ink Gallery Tattoo Studio](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/fairfield/ink-gallery-tattoo-studio.md) | Fairfield | 4.9 | 294 | Fine Line, Piercing Services, Custom Tattoo Designs | | 9 | [Tattoo Tony's Under My Skin](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/atlantic-highlands/tattoo-tony-s-under-my-skin.md) | Atlantic Highlands | 4.9 | 272 | Fine Line, Aftercare Products, Walk-ins Welcome | | 10 | [Orpheus Tattoo Studio NJ](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/north-brunswick-township/orpheus-tattoo-studio-nj.md) | North Brunswick Township | 4.9 | 216 | Fine Line, Japanese / Irezumi, Black & Grey | | 11 | [BLACKWORK TATTOO STUDIO](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/little-falls-township/blackwork-tattoo-studio.md) | Little Falls Township | 4.8 | 462 | Minimalist / Micro, Script / Lettering, Fine Line | | 12 | [Upscale Ink Studio](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/somerdale/upscale-ink-studio.md) | Somerdale | 4.8 | 410 | Fine Line, Walk-ins Welcome, Flash Tattoos Available | | 13 | [Industrial Art Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/bayonne/industrial-art-tattoo.md) | Bayonne | 4.8 | 199 | Minimalist / Micro, Fine Line, Realism / Portrait | | 14 | [Forever Ink](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/south-plainfield/forever-ink.md) | South Plainfield | 4.6 | 500 | Minimalist / Micro, Fine Line, Aftercare Products | ## Related - [Fine line tattoo shops by state](https://www.localtattoos.com/best/fine-line.md) - [Tattoo shops in New Jersey](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey.md) - [The best tattoo shops in New Jersey](https://www.localtattoos.com/new-jersey/best-tattoo-shops.md) --- *Source: [LocalTattoos.com](https://www.localtattoos.com/best/fine-line/new-jersey/).
