Only shops with at least 25 reviews qualify; ties go to the shop with more reviews. Ordering is computed at build time from two facts per shop — its Google rating and its Google review count. One listing per street address, and nobody paid for a position. ## Ranked shops | # | Shop | City | Rating | Reviews | Reviewers mention | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | 1 | [Drop of Ink Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/mechanicsburg/drop-of-ink-tattoo.md) | Mechanicsburg | 5.0 | 1,100 | American Traditional, Fine Line, Black & Grey | | 2 | [Revelation Tattoo and Piercing](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/harleysville/revelation-tattoo-and-piercing.md) | Harleysville | 5.0 | 753 | Fine Line, Black & Grey, Realism / Portrait | | 3 | [Love and Lies Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/state-college/love-and-lies-tattoo.md) | State College | 5.0 | 310 | Black & Grey, Realism / Portrait, Piercing Services | | 4 | [Famous Tattoo Works](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/easton/famous-tattoo-works.md) | Easton | 5.0 | 199 | American Traditional, Japanese / Irezumi, Black & Grey | | 5 | [187 ink tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/philadelphia/187-ink-tattoo.md) | Philadelphia | 4.9 | 594 | Minimalist / Micro, American Traditional, Geometric / Mandala | | 6 | [Human Canvas Tattoo & Piercing Pgh](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/pittsburgh/human-canvas-tattoo-piercing-pgh.md) | Pittsburgh | 4.9 | 466 | Black & Grey, Realism / Portrait, Piercing Services | | 7 | [Empire Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/pittsburgh/empire-tattoo.md) | Pittsburgh | 4.9 | 243 | Black & Grey, Realism / Portrait, Walk-ins Welcome | | 8 | [Conquest Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/west-chester/conquest-tattoo.md) | West Chester | 4.9 | 227 | Black & Grey, Realism / Portrait, Custom Tattoo Designs | | 9 | [Drop of Ink Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/shippensburg/drop-of-ink-tattoo.md) | Shippensburg | 4.8 | 214 | American Traditional, Fine Line, Black & Grey | | 10 | [Central Tattoo Studio](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/philadelphia/central-tattoo-studio.md) | Philadelphia | 4.7 | 126 | Fine Line, Black & Grey, Realism / Portrait | | 11 | [Philly Ink Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/philadelphia/philly-ink-tattoo.md) | Philadelphia | 4.7 | 149 | Fine Line, Black & Grey, Realism / Portrait | | 12 | [Seven Swords Tattoo Company](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/philadelphia/seven-swords-tattoo-company.md) | Philadelphia | 4.7 | 287 | American Traditional, Script / Lettering, Fine Line | | 13 | [Black Vulture Gallery](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/philadelphia/black-vulture-gallery.md) | Philadelphia | 4.6 | 132 | Black & Grey, Realism / Portrait, Walk-ins Welcome | | 14 | [Floating World Tattoos and Body Piercing](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/philadelphia/floating-world-tattoos-and-body-piercing.md) | Philadelphia | 4.6 | 238 | Black & Grey, Walk-ins Welcome, Piercing Services | | 15 | [Northern Liberty Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/philadelphia/northern-liberty-tattoo.md) | Philadelphia | 4.4 | 84 | American Traditional, Black & Grey, Walk-ins Welcome | | 16 | [Evolution Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/fairless-hills/evolution-tattoo.md) | Fairless Hills | 4.6 | 258 | American Traditional, Black & Grey, Aftercare Products | | 17 | [The Pittsburgh Tattoo Studio](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/pittsburgh/the-pittsburgh-tattoo-studio.md) | Pittsburgh | 4.6 | 376 | Black & Grey, Realism / Portrait, Walk-ins Welcome | | 18 | [Ikonic Tattoo](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/state-college/ikonic-tattoo.md) | State College | 4.6 | 449 | American Traditional, Script / Lettering, Japanese / Irezumi | ## Related - [Black & grey tattoo shops by state](https://www.localtattoos.com/best/black-and-grey.md) - [Tattoo shops in Pennsylvania](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania.md) - [The best tattoo shops in Pennsylvania](https://www.localtattoos.com/pennsylvania/best-tattoo-shops.md) --- *Source: [LocalTattoos.com](https://www.localtattoos.com/best/black-and-grey/pennsylvania/).
